This Privacy Policy describes how Mobile@SG (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information in connection with the mobile application Rain Pause (雨歇) (the “App”), available on the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Rain Pause is designed to work without collecting personal information from you. We do not require registration and do not operate an account system for this App. Preferences, session state, the Quiet Windows unlock flag, and review-prompt gates are stored on your device. The App may optionally fetch a public more-apps catalog over the network. Apple and Google process in-app purchases. We do not include an analytics SDK or advertising SDK. If you email us for support, we receive only what you choose to send.

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not intentionally collect your name, email address, precise location, contacts, photos, advertising identifiers (IDFA / GAID), or payment card details through the App. Core rain, sound, and settings work offline. If you email us for support, we will receive whatever information you include in your message.

The App does not integrate third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. Payments, store review prompts, and distribution are handled by Apple and Google. The optional more-apps catalog is a public JSON file hosted on GitHub Pages.

Third parties may process data under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review those policies.
The App may request device permissions only as needed for features you use. You can deny or revoke permissions in your device settings; some features may not work without them.
The App does not display third-party advertisements.
The App offers an optional one-time in-app purchase called Quiet Windows that unlocks extra window scenes only. It is not an ads-removal product. Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive your full payment card number.
Preferences, session state, the unlock flag, and review-prompt gates stay on your device until you clear app data or uninstall. Purchase records retained by Apple or Google follow their retention periods. Support emails we receive are kept only as needed to respond and for legitimate business or legal requirements.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own independent marketing, except as disclosed in this policy.
On-device preferences are not uploaded to Mobile@SG servers. When you tap a More apps listing, you leave the App and open the Apple App Store or Google Play product page for that title. Fetching the public catalog may involve standard network metadata processed by GitHub Pages.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information processed in connection with the App. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Where data is transmitted over the internet, we use encrypted connections (HTTPS) when communicating with our services.
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact mobileatsg@gmail.com and we will take appropriate steps.
We may process information in countries other than your own. Those countries may have different data protection laws. Where required, we take steps to protect information in accordance with this policy.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal information, or to object to certain processing.
We will respond to verifiable requests within a reasonable period, subject to applicable law.
Most App data is stored on your device. Uninstalling the App removes local data. To request deletion of any personal data we may hold (for example, information you emailed to support), contact mobileatsg@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request — Rain Pause”.
The App or this page may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. Their privacy policies govern their services.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy. Material changes may be highlighted on this page or within the App when appropriate.
