This Privacy Policy describes how Mobile@SG (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information in connection with the mobile application Pixel Color (the “App”), available on the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Pixel Color does not require an account. Game progress stays on your device. When you use the App, third-party advertising and platform payment services may process limited device and usage information as described below.

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not intentionally collect your name, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or payment card details through the App. Payment card and billing details are handled only by Apple or Google when you purchase a subscription.

The App may request device permissions only as needed for features you use. You can deny or revoke permissions in your device settings; some features may not work without them.
The App displays third-party advertisements through Google AdMob:
On iOS, the App may show Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you select “Ask App Not to Track,” AdMob will not use your IDFA for tracking-based personalization; ads may still appear in a non-personalized form where allowed. On Android, you can limit ad personalization in system settings. Advertising partners may receive device identifiers, IP address, and ad interaction data as described in Google’s policies.
The App offers an optional auto-renewable yearly subscription
(“Yearly Full Unlock”, product ID com.mobilesg.pixelcolor.unlock.yearly)
that unlocks additional art collections and higher paint-tool limits, and removes interstitial ads.
Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play.
We do not receive your full payment card number. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your
platform account settings (Apple ID → Subscriptions, or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions).
Progress and preferences are stored on your device until you clear app data or uninstall. We retain support emails only as long as needed to respond and for legitimate business or legal requirements. Advertising and payment data retained by Google or Apple is subject to their retention periods.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own independent marketing, except as disclosed in this policy (for example, when you interact with the advertising SDK).
AdMob and platform stores process data as independent controllers or processors under their terms when you use ads or make purchases.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information processed in connection with the App. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Where data is transmitted over the internet, we use encrypted connections (HTTPS) when communicating with our services.
Pixel Color is a family-friendly color-by-number game that may be enjoyed by children with a parent or guardian. We do not require accounts and do not knowingly collect personal information from children for our own marketing databases. The App includes third-party advertising (AdMob). Parents and guardians can limit tracking and ad personalization in device privacy settings, supervise play, and contact us at mobileatsg@gmail.com if they believe a child has provided personal information that should be deleted.
We may process information in countries other than your own. Those countries may have different data protection laws. Where required, we take steps to protect information in accordance with this policy.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal information, or to object to certain processing.
We will respond to verifiable requests within a reasonable period, subject to applicable law.
Most App data is stored on your device. Uninstalling the App removes local data. To request deletion of any personal data we may hold (for example, information you emailed to support), contact mobileatsg@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request — Pixel Color”. Subscription billing history is controlled by Apple or Google.
The App or this page may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. Their privacy policies govern their services.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy. Material changes may be highlighted on this page or within the App when appropriate.
