Effective date: September 29, 2026 · Last updated: October 17, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Mobile@SG (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information in connection with the mobile application Axiom (the “App”), available on the Apple App Store and Google Play. On the Apple App Store the App may be listed as Axiom Puzzle. The name on your home screen is Axiom.

Package / Bundle ID: com.mobilesg.axiom

1. Who we are

The App is developed and published by Mobile@SG. For privacy questions or requests, contact us at mobileatsg@gmail.com.

2. Summary

3. Information we collect

You do not create an account. Puzzle progress (stars and settings) stays on your device. The App creates a random install identifier and sends it to our servers so helper balances and weekly Challenge results stay with that install. If you type a display name for the Challenge ranking, we store that name with your result. Google AdMob may process advertising and device data to show and measure ads. Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics record app use (screens, board clears) and crash reports so we can keep the App stable. On Android, Settings may load a public list of other Mobile@SG apps from our website so you can open them on Google Play; that list does not include your Challenge name. If you email us for support, we receive whatever you include in that message, including the diagnostics the App puts in the draft.

Category Examples Purpose Linked to identity?
Install identifier Random ID stored on the device and sent as X-Install-Id Helper wallet, level delivery, and Challenge results for this install No. It is not your name, email, or advertising ID
Challenge ranking Optional display name, moves, and time for the weekly boards Show the weekly ranking Only if you choose a display name
Advertising Advertising identifier (if you allow it), ad interactions, coarse device and app info used by AdMob Show banners, interstitial ads, and optional rewarded ads, and measure them May be linked by Google under its own policy if you allow personalized ads
Analytics and crashes Screen names, board-clear events (level id, stars, mode), crash stack traces, and a Firebase install id. We do not send your Challenge display name or email through Firebase Understand how the App is used and fix crashes Linked to the install identifier, not to your name or email
Subscription Product id, renewal date, and the store’s purchase token or signed transaction. Not your card number. Apply Plus or Full on this install after Apple or Google confirms the subscription Linked to the install identifier
Support mail What you write, plus app version, build number, OS, device model, and install identifier in the draft Reply to bug reports and feedback you choose to send Yes, to the email address you send from

4. Information we do not collect

We do not require an account. We do not ask for your email address inside the App. We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, health data, or payment card numbers through the App. Share images are created on your device and are not uploaded by us.

5. How we use information

We use information only for the purposes described in this policy, which may include:

6. Third-party services

The App uses our own API, Google AdMob, Google Firebase Analytics, and Firebase Crashlytics.

Service Purpose Privacy information
Mobile@SG API (axiom-api.mobilesg.org) Level packs, helper wallet, and Challenge ranking This policy
Google AdMob Banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements Google Privacy Policy · How Google uses ads
Google Firebase Analytics App screens and board-clear events Firebase Privacy and Security
Google Firebase Crashlytics Crash reports and diagnostic logs Firebase Privacy and Security

Third parties may process data under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review those policies.

7. Permissions

The App may request device permissions only as needed for features you use. You can deny or revoke permissions in your device settings; some features may not work without them.

8. Advertising

The App displays third-party advertisements through Google AdMob, including banners, interstitial ads after play, and optional rewarded ads for helpers. Ads are not a condition of playing the Beginner path. Personalized ads may use an advertising identifier where you allow it. You can limit ad personalization in iOS or Android privacy settings. We do not reward ratings, and we do not sell your information to advertisers.

9. Purchases and payments

The App offers two optional monthly subscriptions through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Plus (about USD 0.99) raises the life limit to 20 and adds 4 undo and 4 reset each paid month. Full (about USD 3.99) removes ads and makes lives, undo, and reset unlimited. You can play every board without buying. Payment is charged by Apple or Google. We do not receive your full payment card number. We store the product id, the renewal time, and the store’s purchase token or signed transaction, tied to the install identifier, so the plan follows this install. Restore is in Settings → Membership. Cancel or change the plan in your Apple ID or Google Play subscriptions. The price in the App comes from the store and can differ by country.

10. Data retention

Puzzle progress stored only on your device remains until you reset it in the App or uninstall the App. We keep the install identifier, helper balance, subscription status, and Challenge ranking data on our servers for as long as those features are offered and we need them to run the service. Advertising, analytics, and crash data are retained by Google under its own schedule. Support emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up.

11. Data sharing and sale

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own independent marketing, except as disclosed in this policy (for example, when you interact with an advertising SDK, if any).

Our servers receive the install identifier and, when you submit a Challenge result, the result and any display name you entered. Google receives ad-related data when an ad is requested or shown, and analytics events and crash reports through Firebase.

12. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information processed in connection with the App. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Where data is transmitted over the internet, we use encrypted connections (HTTPS) when communicating with our services.

13. Children’s privacy

The App is a general-audience logic puzzle. It is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The easier “Beginner” boards are a learning path inside the same app, not a separate children’s service. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact mobileatsg@gmail.com and we will take appropriate steps.

14. International users

We may process information in countries other than your own. Those countries may have different data protection laws. Where required, we take steps to protect information in accordance with this policy.

15. Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal information, or to object to certain processing.

We will respond to verifiable requests within a reasonable period, subject to applicable law.

16. Data deletion requests

Most puzzle progress is stored on your device. Uninstalling the App removes that local data. To request deletion of personal data we may hold (for example the install identifier, a Challenge display name, or information you emailed to support), contact mobileatsg@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request — Axiom”. Include the Device ID from a support email draft if you still have the App installed, so we can find the right install.

17. Third-party links

The App or this page may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. Their privacy policies govern their services.

18. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy. Material changes may be highlighted on this page or within the App when appropriate.
